Camping, Bike Riding and Hiking can take a toll on your body during the summer months. Have fun but remember to stay hydrated, protein is good, I always carry beef jerky with me when hiking. Know your surroundings. If in the woods, carry bear repellant, just in case. If camping, follow the campsites rules regarding campsite fire and burning alerts. Stay Safe and have fun!!!

Whether we are celebrating special moments during the summer whether spending time with family and friends at the park, pool, or beach, or even attending picnics or BBQs, it is important to practice sun safety. We live in Florida after all!!! The Sunshine State!!! Please remember to stay hydrated, stay cool, use sunscreen, Higher the SPF the better!!! Have a safe and fun Summer!!!
