Gift Baskit Corner

Heading into December is a time to reflect the year and remember the good times, special memories made, and  all the great times together. The seasons remind us of the importance of family and friends. Winter is a time of reflecting, having hope and spending time with family and friends; Spring is a time of recharge and rebirth, blooms and Spring Cleaning together; Summer is Fun in the Sun, Vacations, Summer Camp, it is togetherness with family and friends; Fall is showing thanks and appreciation. Every month is an opportunity to show those we love and care about a gift. Just Because Gift Baskits creates gift baskits to show someone we care about, how much they mean to us. I personally gave gift baskits to those who cared for my father. They were not family but were critical in his care, Nurses, doctors, caregivers were my extended family for years. I am grateful for their help. As I reflect on the year, I decided to give more to people, Just Because. I want their month to be special.  Family is not necessarily blood related, It can be strangers, acquaintances, distant friends, coworkers. Sprit of the Holidays doesn't have to be a physical gift, but a phone call, card, letter to let them know they are thought of.
