Heartfelt Thoughts

Good morning,
It has been a very interesting week. Seeing the news and hearing stories on the news media can throw us into wondering what our society is becoming. It doesn't look good but there is one thing I know is Hope and Humanity. I don't watch a lot of TV, but I do read news articles. I just found out about the Clancy Trial, very tragic story and yet no one is talking about our failed health system. Our healthcare system failed her and as a result, young lives were lost. Then the Earthquake in Columbia, I believe. Many people lost everything. But in all this tragedy there is Hope that this young mother gets help and heal. Then Humanity for communities in Columbia come together and rebuild. Postpartum Depression is real and very difficult. I hope and pray that our healthcare system recognizes this issue and addresses it, so this does not happen again. I pray that Humanity rises in that we connect together. Just random acts of kindness boosts who and what we are and in turn boosts Humanity. I myself pray for others struggling, I hold doors open, donate food or make an extra plate for elderly person, help other adults caring for parents, run errands for them or stay with their parent so they can get a breather. Doesn't have to be financial, it is the small things that do wonders for others.
